USSI, United States Services Industries is a janitorial service provider of over 90 years of experience with $25M in annual revenue. Strategy development and implementation included the creation of new marketing materials and comprehensive technical and price proposals for submission to US federal clients; guidance on corporate restructuring to obtained Hub-Zone status and the development of a complete regional federal opportunities matrix for future bidding purposes.

Loss Prevention Systems (LPS) is a Hub-Zone business based in the San Diego, CA area that provides security products and services to commercial and federal customers. A2 Services has developed and implemented a marketing strategy for continued expansion in the U.S. federal market. Particular focus was directed toward the overall corporate brand and growth strategy. A2 Services worked with the senior management of LPS to develop new marketing materials and both technical and cost proposal information. Finally, A2 Services established a structure bid board system to capture all relevant contract opportunities.
