- Client: Regan Associates LLC (Howard County)
- Project: Charles Miller Library
- Location: Catonsville, MD
The Miller Branch Library is located in Catonsville, Maryland and was established as Howard County's first permanent public library. Opened since May 1962, and named after Charles E. Miller, who donated the land for the building, Miller was expanded to its present 23,000 square feet in July 1986. Howard County is in the process of constructing a new 60,000 SF library and is pursuing LEED certification. As part of the project team, A2 Services is providing enhanced and fundamental commissioning agent services.

- Project: Half Street Office Building
As part of the revitalization of the Ballpark District, Monument Realty has developed the first portion of the Half Street project. The 55 M Street portion of the project which received a LEED Gold certificate, involved the construction of a 9-story, 293,000-square foot Class ‘A’ office building that sits atop the Navy Yard Metro Station with three levels of below grade parking. A2 Services provided commissioning agent services to comply with the fundamental commissioning prerequisite of the LEED – Core & Shell rating system. Project team members included Davis Carter Scott, Girard Engineering, Clark Construction, Hess Mechanical and Perlectric Electric.

- Project: Walker Jones Elem. School
As part of the larger Northwest One Master plan, the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) system has constructed a new 120,000 square foot building with a school, public library, and recreation center. The Walker Jones Elementary School project is owned by DCPS and contracted with Regan Associates, LLC for Owner’s Representative Services. Regan Associates LLC in turn has contracted with A2 Services to provide fundamental commissioning agent services. The project team includes Hord Coplan Macht, Burdette, Koehler, Murphy and Associates, Forrester Construction and W.L. Gary. The project is schedule to be completed prior to the start of the 2009 – 2010 school year.

- Project: Founding Farmer’s Restaurant
The Founding Farmer’s restaurant is a located in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) building on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC. Founding Farmer’s is first LEED Gold Certificate restaurant in Washington, DC and is owned by the North Dakota Farmers Union. A2 Services provided commissioning agent services on the unique project. The rest of the project team members included the Magnate Group LLC, CORE Architecture, Face Associates, Forrester Construction and the Maloney Aire Company.

- Project: Randolph Square Office Building
The Randolph Square project involved the construction of a new Class A office building in Arlington's Village at Shirlington. The nine-story building features over 207,000 SF of office space and ground floor retail space. The Randolph Square project is owned jointly by Transwestern and Monument Realty. A2 Services provided commissioning agent services for both base building and tenant build-out work. The base building portion project sought and received LEED Gold certification. The project team included Hickok Cole, Girard Engineering, Davis Construction, John J. Kirlin Company (base building), and The Severn Group (tenant build-out).
